Again howie is traveling so I wanted to give everyone a heads up Regarding money due Henry and loan documents I can not acquire the loan with the terms you have given RUSSELL has told me from the start and advised me - if he is not the first behind the Commericial lenders also listing his original 98k loan - there is no loan If david can acquire a loan under these conditions- I suggest you take it As far as the 28k still due the restaurant from the original money the restaurant lent the hotel - First I appreciate the 20k sent Friday EFTA00864732 I have not asked Russel if he would except - as you offered - having the hotel pay the remaining 28 k on April 9 — but before I try to extend this payment to April 9; let's see if we are going to agree on the terms of the needed $100 k loan note - Fyi Russels wife is very sick and I can't put or do not want to add any additional pressure on him For me. The 50k loan doesn't really help - I am not sure if I need all 200k as originally requested - but with out at least 100k the $50 k loan is useless As sown in documents sent last week - at prime costs we are almost at break even -but the weather - one of the largest factors -3 storms.
