Jason Barnett. Vice Chairman and General Counsel
Jason Barnett is a founding Managing Partner of RXR Realty where he serves as Vice Chairman, General Counsel, and Secretary of the Company. In this capacity, Mr. Barnett is involved in
many aspects of the Company's business. In addition to being responsible for all legal matters for the Company, Mr. Barnett is also responsible for overseeing the Company's transactional
activities as well as the Company's corporate initiatives. Mr. Barnett is also a member of the Investment Committee of RXR and has been integrally involved in over S37 billion of transactions,
building RXR into one of the largest office landlords in Manhattan.
Prior to the Recicson/SI. Green merger, Mr. Barnett saved as Senior Executive Vice President - Corporate Initiatives, General Counsel and Secretary of Reckson, where he was responsible for all
legal and compliance matters and corporate initiative related matters.
Mr. Barnett has extensive experience with both the Public Company and Private Fund structures. Mr. Barnett is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on such topics as transaction structures,
joint ventures, Real Estate capital markets and corporate and compliance related matters.
Prior to joining Reckson. Mr. Barnett practiced in the corporate and securities department of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood. LLP. an international law firm. where he focused on Capital Markets
and Real Estate Investment Trusts. He is a member of the American Bar Association. National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, the Real Estate Board of New York and is admitted to
the Bar of the State ofNew York
Mr. Barnett is an active participant in his community and serves as a Director. Trustee or Advisor for several community-based organizations, Mr. Barnett also serves on the Board of Trustees of
Clark University, in Worcester, MA and as a member of London School of Economics North American Advisory Board. Mr. I3amett earned a Bachelor of Arts from Clark University, attended the
London School ofEconomics and earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.
Mr. Barnett serves on the Fund's Investment Committee.
Richard Conniff, Met-Operating Officer and Portfolio Manager
Richard Conniff serves as Chief Operating Officer and Portfolio Manager for the RXR's Long Island Prime Property portfolio. In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Conniff oversees the
Property Management and Leasing departments. Mr. Conniff joined Reckson in 1994 as a Senior Financial Analyst and was promoted to Corporate Senior Vice President of Investments and
Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Conniff was responsible for the execution of all investment activities at Reckson including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and mezzanine
lending. contributing to Reckson's dynamic growth throughout the New York metropolitan area. During that time. Reckson's portfolio grew from 6.2 million square fed of office and industrial
properties to over 24 million square feet at its peak.
From 1992-1994, Mr. Conniff was employed by Cushman & Wakefield as a Financial Manager and Portfolio Manager with responsibility for the supervision and fuumcial management of a three
million square foot portfolio on Long Island. From 1989-I 992, Mr. Conniff was employed by VMS Realty Partners as Vice President of Asset Management.
Mr. Conniff serves as a board member of several charitable educational foundations and was recently elected Vice Chairman of the Old Westbury College Foundation Inc. Mr. Conniff holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the City University ofNew York.
Todd Rechler. President - Chief Construction and Development Officer and President of Construction and Development
Todd Rechler serves as Chief Construction and Development officer and President of RXR's Contraction and Development Companies. RXR is one of the Northeast's building real estate owners,
developers and managers of Class A commercial and luxury residential real estate. Since 1994. he has been instrumental in the successful integration of the management of the Company's newly
acquired or developed properties.
Mr. Rechler is actively involved in the communities in which he works and lives and is an active member of numerous charitable organizations. Among his commitments, he is a member of the
Carol G. Simon Oncology Philanthropic Leadership Council, as well as Chair of the Madison Arts Council Development Committee.
Mr. Rechler holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Roger Williams University as well as an RPA (Real Property Administrator) certification from BOMI and a CPM (Certified Property
Manager) certification from New York University.
