In relation to these charges ConstableMNIMMI Port Pine Police Department, I was informed upon my arrest dated 13 / 08 / 2015, that the charges of resisting arrest carried an Instant 12 month suspension of my licence which had resulted in a report upon the Port Ririe Registar of Motor Vehicles . of which had stated that the 12 month suspension of my licence in relation to these charges was due to an alcohol related incident.
