Rentricity Internship Agreement This Internship agreement (the "Agreement") will confirm the terms and conditions of your Internship with Rentricity Inc. ("Rentricity") located at 175 Varick Street, New York, New York 10013. Please review this Agreement carefully, sign it and return it to Rentricity by October 9, 2014. 1) I accept the internship, which has been granted to me by Rentricity Inc. in support education and interest in renewable energy and understand the following: a) The internship period will be 6 months. b) The internship is being provided for educational purposes without school credit without or pay. c) Rentricity accepts no responsibility for costs arising from accidents and/or illness incurred during my internship. d) I am not eligible to apply for, or be appointed to, any post in Rentricity during the period of my internship. e) Rentricity is not seeking any engagement with you after the completion of this internship and the company will not be responsible to provide any expenditure incase of unemployment 2) I undertake the following obligations with respect to the Rentricity Internship: a) To observe all guidance, instructions, procedures and directives of Rentricity as outlined in the goals & objective attachment; b) To refrain from any conduct that would adversely reflect on Rentricity and will not engage in any activity which is incompatible with the aims and objectives of the Internship; c) To keep confidential any and all unpublished information made known to me by the accepting office or department during the course of my internship that I know or ought to have known has not been made public, and except with the explicit authorization of the Rentricity, not to publish any reports or papers on the basis of information obtained during the internship, both during and after the completion of my internship; d) To provide the organization with a copy of all materials prepared during my internship; e) To provide immediate written notice in case of illness or other circumstances which might prevent me from completing the internship. Business Development/Site Assessment Objective: Investigate and contact potential customer to determine opportunities for in-pipe hydro energy recovery. Goal: To identify potential candidate utilities, conduct email outreach and data gathering, assessment of data and presentation of results. a. Refine and prioritize list of candidates b. Develop list of contacts in Excel. c. Outreach emails, calls, gather data, arrange meetings and support delivery of presentations. e.
