• Although IN cannot recall every piece of evidence he seized, he specifically recalls
seizing message pads and twin torpedoes sex toy from 358 El Brillo Way on October 20,
2005.
• Photographs of message pads and twin torpedoes from the scene are fair and accurate
depictions of portions of 358 El Brillo Way as they appeared on October 20, 2005.
• All evidence, including message pads and twin torpedoes, was turned over to the
evidence collection team, which was supervised by
Crime scene team then transported all evidence to PBPD.
