If not, can you tell me who is? Please let me know when I can expect the sworn certification from the NES Custodian of Records. If you cannot provide a sworn complete certification, then I will need to have the Custodian appear on September 18th before the grand jury. We do not represent or IN represents Mr. M. As to NES, we understood you added categories of documents you were requesting and also asked us to revisit the NES response to the original subpoena, and you wanted a certification. We are working getting that done, though we may find we need a few extra days. Also, I have spoken to since the August 23 letter was sent and he tells me that he understood from you that what was being requested from Mr. was NES documents, not a personal appearance.
