Per Beth at Harlan, we are limited to only the apps on the sheet that Steve gave Dano yesterday. So, I have revised the menu below, but also took the liberty of including a few a la carte menu selections that I think would make good additions to the spread. Beth confirmed that we can add whatever we like - this will simply be included in our overall bill at pricing listed on the menu. Right now, we are looking at a food total of $1109.36 - including a la carte options and even dessert (if desired), but excluding bar tab: 8 apps for $30pp for 2 hours x 22 people = $660 A la carte selections = $218 FOOD Subtotal = $878 + Tax (6.35%) = $55.76 + Gratuity (M) = $175.60 TOTAL = $1109.36 (not Including bar tab) Can you please send thoughts asap so I can lock everything in with Beth by tomorrow AM?
