The request for production was served by e-mail on October 3, 2011. Adding 30 days, and three days for mailing, the
government's response is due on November 5, which is a Saturday. The due date is Monday, November 7, as you state.
Next week is fine for me. Enjoy your trip.

I am leaving the office to fly to Boston in about 10 minutes. I had hoped to get you all a preliminary draft of the
motion to dismiss, but it is still "in pieces." By my quick calculation, we do not have to respond to the RFP until
November 7. Can you confirm that I am not mistaken? If so, that should also be the target date for filing the
motion to dismiss. Unless someone would really like to see my still disjointed writings, I would rather get a
somewhat cohesive draft out either late on Monday or, more likely, on Tuesday. Does that work for everyone?
