(I kept the draft line pending sign off by the seller.) As discussed, the aggregate purchase price for the shares and interests is $5,500,000. I provided that the purchase price would be allocated in accordance with a schedule (Schedule 3.2) that will be attached provided that closing is to occur by November 30, 2012.
