Please note that the concept is the result of the investigation to ascertain the carrying capacity of the island and the number of rooms it can sustain without congestion. Therefore we have created three categories of villas (which would yield a higher occupancy) whereby some are totally on land within the vegetation and some are half on land and half on water while the others are totally on water. To cater to these we have created three restaurants and two bars. One restaurant and one bar is on water. After discussions with you all and your technical team, we could finalise the masterplan and it is envisaged that there would be some changes to the attached concept masterplan but we would try and keep to 50 rooms.
