O Since there are some significant ongoing concerns regarding victim rights I'd like to make sure we are all routinely connecting on this case, just to provide appropriate coverage and support for you. Also, based on some outstanding information from main DO1 on the previous victims I wanted to make sure that any of the former victims you are pulling into the current case (and subsequently into VNS) receive outreach from you directly before they receive a VNS notification. I expect as a common practice you are already doing this but wanted to make sure these victims are afforded their right to notifications (and option to decline) rather than receiving an unexpected notification. Happy to discuss this more or explain if it's confusing.
