I would apppreciate if you analyze fact pattern before you jump to conclusions You were employees of both Zorro for
first number of months of 2010 and then LSJ employees for the remainder of the year.
Therefore you will be receiving two W-2is in 2010 and only one in 2011.
That will have no bearing on you claiming residency in STT.
