Here are a few more suggested edits. at EOUSA has confirmed that it is not inconsistent with the
recusal for us to maintain custody of the criminal file since MDFL has never asked to take custody of it. Still
trying to speak to FBI and the Department to address other issues. Does it make sense for us to confer early
tomorrow afternoon given that last day in the office before the mediation will be this Thursday?

Here is another draft with the changes we discussed. The Florida Bureau of Victim Compensation is statutorily
barred from paying bills two years beyond the crime date, so I will look for something else.
Please advise when it is alright to send to opposing counsel, or if there are any paragraphs that I can share now.
