Warwick , Tom has all the dimensions of the living ro=m . These are not those. Please copy Santa Fe . 20 ft ceilings in
living . H=ight more important there than pool . Doors on east end match west end. Gal=ery height no more than 12 .
Stairs to mezz cannot be in the center of pool

Jeffrey,
Attached please find some sketches based on w=at you and Tom reviewed at the Island last week.
Plans ("65 main level", 40=804)G5 lower level", and "G5 mezzanine level", 4e=8040G5 roof"):
Please confirm if we are approved to proceed=with this building layout. We need to get the main building going
ASAP , and want to release the structural engineer and pool engineer t= move ahead. Tom is still studying the stairs and
the exterior elevat=ons; that can continue to develop. But we need to know if the main 4>=804>boxes" are set.
Exterior Elevations ("elevation s=udy A..." and "elevation study b..."):<=span>
These sketches are based on what was discuss=d last week.
="A" includes sloped-roof and f=at-roof version that matches the design of the existing buildings.
* =sr includes a flat-roof miss=on-style concept for the living room, with the two options for the entry
bu=lding (one mission, one matching existing).
* =Our initial preference is leaning towards the=sloped-roof version of A, but we want to each scheme with
you in more detai=.
Sections:
These show the basic heights, based on the s=oped-roof version of elevation "A".
Please review and comment, and let us know i= the floor plans are approved!
Thanks,
Warwick
