Normally, I would prefer not to send people their raw data without completing analysis but, given the life science resources you have, I can also forward that along to you on Monday. RE: my supervisors, I'm on faculty at mgh and hms as you know, but this work is being done independently by me. Again, I just want to stress this is all voluntary so just let me know how you'd like to proceed. With respect to the refund, the $1000 was only collected to pay (at a discounted price) for the sequencing. But I'm happy to refund it. (Even though your sample was sequenced - I will absorb the cost.)
