This and I know you don't believe it had nothing to do with your cost. So on your first new Sikorsky I made approx 250k, If I recall the final price you paid was around 10.4m, I sold it for you to Randy Lerner (a s-92 client of mine) for approx 12.7m you paid me 100k When you bought your second 76 Sikorsky again paid me a commission approx 250k and I think you paid in the low 11.3m range. I then sold it for you for 11.9m and we took the ship 472 in trade. At 1.5m You paid me 100k for selling 750. We then agree to split the sale profits of 472 after expenses ) the trade value was 1.5m and I sold it for 2.2m for you. As of now I have been paid 100k only. When I sold a helicopter for you I was paid a commission, typically 100k. On 472 we agreed to the split of profit. As of now I have only been paid 100k. The buyer held back 250k for issues, I pulled every favor I had to make those issues go away and they did it ended up costing only 15k You got the 235k back I am an agent for Sikorsky and certainly Darren and Larry knew I acted as an agent for them. If that weren't the case and since you never paid me a fee for the purchase of the 2 new 76's why would I have been involved. Every deal I did for you I got you a great purchase or sale price, I never asked for more than was agreed. 472 was sold to Greenwich Aero Leasing , their operating arm is Summit Aviation. They are changing it to offshore and will operate it in Brazil in support of a contract they have there. Guardian Jet represented Aetna in the purchase of 750 from you, any fee they got was from Aetna . Guardian also sold a used 76 ( from Merck) to Greenwich Aero Leasing there were NO monies exchanged or paid to or from them from us. Their deal with Aetna is unknown to me. In the end you hold all the cards, I have always made you money, I thought we had a deal. I have never cheated you. As Darren knows I have health issues and this stress is not something I need in my life just tell me your decision.
