G-IVSP Market Summary April 20 2011.xls
Those numbers seem high to me, You can be into a SP for those numbers. The Oman aircraft will be
heavy I would guess and that's not good for a Straight GIV.

Hello Larry,
Attached please find the information on the two Gulfstream IV's Michael discussed with you today.
Both aircraft can be bought for aoDrox 514,000,000 as a package with Fresh CofA and pre-buy.
There are many salient features including fresh engines.
Both Aircraft have had Gulfstream Service Change N°190 (Increase Max Ramp Gross Weight to 75000
Pounds) installed by Gulfstream in 2000 (Cost of that mod at that time was USD 875,789.00).
Some side partitions have Buyer logo and will need to be replaced. Aircraft will have to be repainted to
remove existing livery (although the paint is new) .
Both Aircraft had complete interior refurbishment in 2004 (AB Sept 04 and AC Jan 04). The Mid section
(Sofa on RH side and 2 seats facing each other on LH side were further refurbished in 2010)
15 seats interior, aft galley, 2 Lays, 2 DVD players, no satcom (no intemet) Airshow 400 and Avionic
4000. No damage history reported.
Sincerely,
