Shit, I have been too busy.
Anyway, for cutting boulders in place you probably want a diamond wire saw. I assume that these
boulders are to be cut in situ. They use diamond wire saws for quarrying stone.
For polishing you will need to have an expert stone guy come out and polish using handheld electric
polishing tools. I have a great guy — Cambodian — who I could recommend.
