Isabel and I are in the middle of France taking care of Isabel's mom. In the meantime, through our close and personal business contacts, we have been approached to help sell between 8 -10 million shares of common A, common B, and preferred A shares of FB stock, pre- IPO. The minimum investment is $6 mil (although it is possible to individually invest less, as long as the investment is pooled with others in a SOV to get to the 6 mil minimum investment). There are quite a few people/entities who claim that they have access to these pre-IPO FB shares, but don't. We can confirm any such sale through the attorney who is handing the transaction.
