Thomas spoke to his personal bank, who also uses Thomas's charter company for Corperate use., The bank is willing to take his Falcon 50 and Premier jet as collateral and give Thomas the loan to buy the GIV., they also gave Thomas 12months to sell his Aircraft, which doesn't effect us,. Thomas also said, he would not tell the bank the aircraft is down for CPDLC installation, he would rather close and just continue with the install. Thomas mentioned, he is possibly willing to close before the install of the CPDLC, and offered a lease back at direct operating cost, (fuel) if you need to use the plane while the G550 is down for interior Mx., Before the CPDLC install starts. The only open end portion is the airworthy maintenance items that are found during the 36month inspection, that would be our responsibility to repair. IN not sure what price he will offer, at this point, Gary has told him we have a $3.5M ask with CPDLC / 36month items completed. Thomas mentioned, we are only a couple hundred thousand dollars apart, my guess, he will start at $3.2m and maybe come up to $3.3m He never committed to a price he is willing to pay, sure we will hear something this evening or tomorrow at the latest, Thomas mentioned there would be no pre-buy, he will use Wendy's pre-buy, and only request a maintenance test flight, and possible records research only.
