Here is what he would like me to do: 1. Tell him the names of all of the victims. 2. Tell him the name of every witness we interviewed. 3. Turn over the statements of all of the people listed in (1) and (2). 4. Ask the Palm Beach County Jail to provide us with all of Epstein's e-mails and phone calls. 5. I stopped listening to the rest. I told him "no" to all of the above. When he complained, I reminded him that he has subpoena power and he can get most of this stuff from Epstein. I also asked him why I hadn't received any signed Protective Orders except his, and he said he hadn't shown a copy of it to anyone else yet. I sent him a letter (I am sending a copy to you via inter-office) reminding him to send me the signed Protective Orders as he receives them, and telling him that he needs to sit down with you and me soon to decide how to resolve the case.
