The closing is scheduled for Thursday, April 1, 2010. Attached is a preliminary Closing Statement. As we
discussed, the sale proceeds of the apartment will not be enough to pay the balance of your mortgage and closing
cost.
IMPORTANT: You must deliver $12,000.00 to my firm to pay the balance of your closing costs. This may
be done by wire transfer or delivery of a certified check. Please call me at your earliest convenience to
discuss.
Also IMPORTANT: If your monthly mortgage payment is automatically deducted from your bank
account, please contact Chase or your bank (whichever the direct deposit is through) to stop the payment
scheduled for April 1, 2010.
