wanted to provide clarification from her last interview in regards to when she first learned about
the investigation into EPSTEIN, saying that her feelings were a progression.
received a payment from EPSTEIN in late 2018.
and were left with a gutted apartment and they
could not get a bank loan. When stopped working for EPSTEIN, they still talked regularly and
visit together when he was in town. spoke to EPSTEIN monthly. spoke to EPSTEIN about
their situation. asked to borrow money from EPSTEIN. They were waiting for stocks to
go public but it kept getting delayed. At the end of November 2018, met EPSTEIN at his New
York house and told him about their financials, saying that she only had $100,000 in her bank account.
While was meeting with EPSTEIN, he picked up the phone and called his accountant RICHARD
KAHN to wire her $250,000. This meeting with EPSTEIN happened because LESLEY GROFF told her to
come and meet him if she was in New York. EPSTEIN told not to tell anyone about giving her the
money but did not tell her why she should not tell anyone. assumed it was because EPSTEIN did
not want to feel bad about it. and kept separate finances. EPSTEIN also gave
$100,000 when married did not think she received other money from
EPSTEIN.

Since approximately 2016, has had financial problems. would see EPSTEIN once every
couple/few months depending on where they both were at the time. told EPSTEIN that "it was
rough".
EPSTEIN came to Miami to meet with an architect and to help thought this was in early
2018 — months before their conversation in November. had asked EPSTEIN to come to her
apartment in Miami. gave EPSTEIN a rundown of the renovations, burn rate, and cash.
EPSTEIN told them he did not see how they could keep the apartment, saying it did not all add up.
EPSTEIN told her that she cannot put her head in the sand. EPSTEIN tried to get to come back
and work for him as a property manager; he would pay her $200,000. did not want to go back
and work for EPSTEIN. When would have conversations with EPSTEIN, they would talk about her
working for him again.

EPSTEIN told that she would always be safe and he would always take care of her. EPSTEIN sent
an email once saying "100% safe".
and EPSTEIN discussed IPO delays and shares; it was supposed to be in January but did not

which he told her it was a good idea. did not associate the $250,000 she received from EPSTEIN
to the article from the Miami Herald because EPSTEIN was always so generous to people.
was stressed about her finances and felt that EPSTEIN was trying to be helpful. did not
know that she viewed it any different currently. had told EPSTEIN that a journalist reached out.
did not recall EPSTEIN saying anything about it. EPSTEIN did not tell not to talk to
anyone.
The first time remembered being on the island after her trial period, EPSTEIN asked her to make
him a bath and told her to get in with him. was sitting across from EPSTEIN when he told her
that she had the job but she just had to keep it. EPSTEIN took to the bed and she sat facing him.
EPSTEIN directed on what to do and how to touch him. EPSTEIN masturbated. took this
to mean that she had to perform sexual favors to keep her job. After this incident, had a lot of
sexual contact with EPSTEIN; it was pretty often, it varied, and happened in all locations. EPSTEIN would
wake up by beginning to fondle her.
There were some situations that involved other people. The first time another person was present it
was GHISLAINE MAXWELL. EPSTEIN was laying down. MAXWELL was touching and instructing
her on what to do. MAXWELL told where to touch EPSTEIN and how to touch him.
Before EPSTEIN went to jail the first time was the last time had any type of sexual contact with
him. EPSTEIN would ask to come over and sleep in his bed. EPSTEIN called his human
water bottle. The sexual contact with EPSTEIN phased out. After EPSTEIN went to jail, did not
sleep in his bed anymore.
The majority of the time, the sexual contact would begin with EPSTEIN waking up by fondling
her. EPSTEIN would direct by grabbing her hand to follow him to his room. EPSTEIN would lay
down and masturbate. Sometimes, EPSTEIN would touch tell her how to sit, and how to move

her head. EPSTEIN would ask to give him blow jobs. In Palm Beach, EPSTEIN and were
working out in the cabana. EPSTEIN was on the bike while was doing sit-ups. EPSTEIN turned
the music up loud and put the hurricane shutters up. EPSTEIN "basically" aggressively raped
EPSTEIN pulled pants down and had intercourse with her. This was the only time
remembered him having intercourse with her.
There were two other times, besides the time with MAXWELL, where other people were present during
the sexual contact. There was a time on the island where was present.
remembered being on the bed with her while EPSTEIN directed them. There was a time in New York
where was present. EPSTEIN asked both of them to come over and it led to a similar
situation as had happened on the island with
In Palm Beach, the sexual contact with EPSTEIN happened in room waking her a lot, the gym
and though she could not picture it was sure that it also happened in his room. In New York,
EPSTEIN would call over to sleep with him, usually at night. EPSTEIN's "code word" was "cold
sheets". In the beginning, EPSTEIN would have sleep over and it turned sexual. When EPSTEIN
was with MAXWELL, recalled being afraid that MAXWELL would find out because worked
in her building. thought that when EPSTEIN started dating he just had sleep
with him with no sexual contact.
On the island, the sexual contact occurred in MAXWELL's bedroom. There were also times
would draw EPSTEIN baths and she would be in the bath and he would lead her to the bedroom.
MAXWELL had a approximately four girls, including

In Paris, EPSTEIN would have sleep in his bed. EPSTEIN would direct on what to do, how
to sit, where to put her shoulders, and how to put her head so that he could not see her face. EPSTEIN
told her that he did not want to see her face. EPSTEIN wanted his nipples rubbed. remembered
being in his bed after he woke her up in her bed in Paris. stayed with him in Paris.
recalled EPSTEIN leading her to his bed in New Mexico. Most encounters in EPSTEIN's bed were
with EPSTEIN masturbating.

asked to give him two "full proper body" massages, once on the island with a masseuse and

all present for this conversation. did not know if MAXWELL engaged in other sexual contact with
other women.
When first started, MAXWELL made a comment to her saying, "Listen to what Jeffrey says; he
knows what he's doing. He's very successful. You'd do well to listen to what he has to say.".
During the sexual encounters with EPSTEIN, felt ashamed. was nervous and scared, not
sure what was going to happen. did not feel that she had a choice. did not want to lose
her job because she felt like she finally had a job where she felt secure. did not know where else
to go.
MAXWELL made a comment about other girlfriends being trash. did not want MAXWELL to put
her in that category because she did not want to lose her job. MAXWELL was EPSTEIN's girlfriend.
MAXWELL approved the bills, ran all of EPSTEIN's houses, and in control of everything.
never told anyone what happened. felt ashamed and buried it deep down. • did
not know who to tell; all of friends were through EPSTEIN. could not tell her
boyfriends because they would get rid of her. One of previous boyfriends was EPSTEIN's
paralegal who she met through EPSTEIN.
thought that maybe there were times where there was not sexual contact when she traveled
with EPSTEIN between 2002 to 2005, but that it happened more than not.
described the time where she and EPSTEIN were in the gym was the first time she saw him being
aggressive. EPSTEIN seemed to have a rage about him. It was unexpected and out of the blue to

encounters with EPSTEIN. did not think that EPSTEIN would give her a reference anywhere.
described EPSTEIN as an overpowering, ominous figure. could feel EPSTEIN's wrath if
she did not do what he wanted. EPSTEIN was mad at when she booked a car rental and he did
not do exactly as he said. saw him yell at MAXWELL and
EPSTEIN dictated hair style, color, and the style of clothes she wore. EPSTEIN had dye
her hair blonde, cut it to a "boy cut", and have bangs. Sometimes, EPSTEIN would go to the salon to tell
them what to do to hair. EPSTEIN would buy clothes. If wore clothes that
EPSTEIN did not like he would ask her where she got them. When bought clothes, she would
show EPSTEIN to get his approval. EPSTEIN also dictated to
EPSTEIN commented on weight. EPSTEIN would tell to "lay off' the brownies and tell
her she should go to the gym. EPSTEIN generally made comments to others as well, including

EPSTEIN was released, did not recall setting up or scheduling massages for EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN
was still getting massages. EPSTEIN traveled with a masseuse, who was did not recall if
there was any other masseuse.
In 2012, met ; EPSTEIN was not involved in their meeting each other. When met
, she began traveling with him. During this time, was trying to restructure the way she
worked for EPSTEIN. gave EPSTEIN a proposal of how she wanted to work, including less travel
so she could spend more time with EPSTEIN told that she needed to be present
because nothing would get done correctly if she was not. EPSTEIN asked when she was going to
switch to IMEIr health insurance so they could pick a date for to stop getting paid.
set up a design business. EPSTEIN told she could still help with the renovations. EPSTEIN asked
when she was moving out of the apartment because he needed it for someone else.

and was no longer EPSTEIN's employee.

charge of the travel arrangements. encouraged to keep in contact with EPSTEIN
because he did not know what had happened. viewed EPSTEIN as father figure.
The first people told about her sexual encounters with EPSTEIN were her lawyers and then her
therapist. had two conversations with EPSTEIN about writing a book. There was no
conversation about putting the sexual experiences in the book.
From 2013 to 2018, received two large payments, $100,000 and $250,000, from EPSTEIN.
had to sign a health care proxy so that if anything happened to her, MAXWELL and EPSTEIN
would be responsible for her well-being. They did not want her family to be responsible.
thought that this was MAXWELL's idea, but she was not sure. also had to sign a confidentiality
agreement.
visited EPSTEIN when he was under house arrest in Palm Beach. EPSTEIN would get
massages from or whoever was traveling.
salary was $25,000 the first year she worked for EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN paid for phone
bill, housing and traveling expenses, including food while they traveled, and her clothes. EPSTEIN told
her where to live. While was in New York, she paid for her own food. salary would go
up in increments, from $35,000 to $45,000. thought $100,000 was the highest she received.
This was before EPSTEIN went to jail. When EPSTEIN went to jail, all of his employees took a pay cut.
salary was cut to $75,000.
EPSTEIN paid for lawyers for . One of the lawyers was BRUCE REINHART. This was after EPSTEIN
went to jail and there were civil suits. thought she may have been deposed while he was in jail.
When had a lawsuit against MAXWELL, was told by EPSTEIN's in house
counsel, DARREN INDYKE to find a lawyer and EPSTEIN would pay for it. paid for some of the
expenses of the lawyer. The lawyer was JOHNNY STEVENSON but he eventually stopped representing
because he was not getting paid.
At the end of the interview, expressed that she wished someone would express to the other
victims that she would not knowingly facilitate their abuse.
