Just received a direct offer from a broker who had shown the house - the number is 5.7M and he will take no commission
from his side so only 2.5% to us - which will actually met you the same as a 5.8M offer - it is an acceptable offer - I've asked
him to write it up and my recommendation is to accept - the only glitch is he wants a 30 day mortgage contingency which
as I just discussed with Kerry is not a problem - we should accept this offer and continue to show for second and back up
