I would say that their re=sonings are irrational.
Especially I would bet on=their claim about the Qatari Purchase few years back. I am damn sure th=t the deal was fixed
around 40 M or less. The gentleman who fixed the d=al probably publicized a high price for publicity sake. Moreover,
the prop=rty has 45 acres of land with around 7 villas excluding the main palace= In addition to a golf course, horse
stables, a 30 year old garden, and=many many other facilities. So what they are saying is not based on =eal information.
The property at that time would have gone for less tha= the deal price, if the negotiations were prolonged. However,
the Qatar=s were in a hurry to fix the deal.
