I have a couple of questions: 1. Is Fl the option you prefer? Are you ready for us to proceed in that direction? 2. I assume your comments about "too many stairs" are directed to the pool area (not the terrace). We could omit one of them. 3. Do you want access to the pool from the master bedroom, without going up to the terrace? We can incorporate that when we design the terrace area. 4. We are thinking about extending the northwest corner of the deck, and adding a hidden service stair down to the road. See attached. Please see the questions I marked on Fl attached. Please remember, these are diagrammatic, and when we know which scheme you prefer, we can focus on the detailed design. The third plan is the one I sent previously, with the Living Room on the cast. We have not developed that one further, due to the Living room move. Please review these and send me your comments.
