The price is 6.3M
I got 75% mortgage from JPM.
It was not easy as I do not have a job.
The contingent is that I do not use line of credit on my stock portfolio.
I think I will need to sell 1.5M to cover it, which I would like to avoid because of short term tax (in started investing in
February).
Even this is not my mine problem — my main problem is if funds goes forward — I will need to put 7.5M of my own money.
David is placing 7.5M as well (that way we say that GP are placing 10%)
The whole deal re a fund is not the best for me and I told you - on the other side I really do not have option but to
succeed.
It would not be a problem if I could liquidate FMI or RG soon —

Richard Perry is on the board - this is why I asked you if you know him.
As well as few other hedge fund managers.

Just want to say congrats to you and welcome you to the building (pending closing...) and tell you that an LLC
purchase is okay with certain caveats that the last LLC purchaser also signed onto. Or attorney will have all
that paperwork for closing. Just wording that puts the building out in front of the usual LLC protections.
