Subject: Proposal
Good Day Rich.
The Principal and I had a private talk a few days before the Thursday I got laid off. He told me
of the upcoming events and said he could not keep me as I was pretty expensive. The figure he
mentioned didn't make sense until I reasoned it must be insurance and other employment costs
that were to blame (as well as a very good salary).
The conversation also included his desire to use me part time.
There are lots of things yet to do that I can fix. The Barge is not done, the steel building needs
to be erected, there is a lot of work to be done to get all the old construction stuff gone and the
areas cleaned up to the level where it can undoubtedly be called an Estate.
I want to help accomplish these goals and more.
The attached proposal is designed to try to get me in the position where I am able to help with
the property's transition and hopefully in its maintenance.
My resume is strong on the skills necessary to serve the Principals needs and desires of his
Property. Even stronger is my desire to make the Principals level of enjoyment of that property,
very high.
The attached is a prayer for an opportunity to find a way to serve the Principal and stay gainfully
employed at a level that makes sense in this economy.
I'm sending this to you per JE instruction.
My Best Regards to You
Boscoe
