Perhaps the following will help:
In 2006, Aspen provided 32 hrs labor per week @ $23 per hr; in
2007, 32 hrs @ $23 per hr; in 2008, 32 hrs @ $23 per hr. In July,
2009, the Pilot House was added - 4 additional hrs @ $25 per hr. In
2010, the hourly rate increased to $25 (our standard rate is $28 per
hr) for both the Main House and Ranch Central, making the monthly
net billing, before NM Gross Receipts Tax, for the Main House and
Ranch Central $3,791.67 and the Pilot House $433.33, for a total of
