I just heard back from Jermaine; the new AT&T MCell failed to sync — the same issue with the geolocation
tables not being current.
I found two MicroCell alternatives that should work. Instead of using the island's intemet connection they just
relay / boost AT&T's existing service. The external antenna / network device needs to be somewhere that gets at
least 1 Bar of signal (-100 Db) and the internal antenna / device boosts that inside.
The first one is dead simple to install -- plug in the network piece in an area with good signal, plug the other
piece in as close to the center of the area you want covered that still gets signal from the main box. It's $700:

The second one is much more powerful, working with multiple networks and providing a much stronger
relayed signal — but the installation is much more complicated and probably beyond Jermaine's skills. At $900
tho, it looks like it'd stand the best chance of covering the main compound on the island (if it worked, we could
consider additional units on the other houses).
