I don't think you should brin= up any special considerations (health, house, anything). The urgency has to do with the taxes, and there is no rea=on for Max or Harry to have any elaborate explanation of why we need the m=ney. When money was being withdrawn regularly from my IRA=to pay taxes and management fees for the entire estate, neither Max nor an=one else asked for an explanation or a financial review of the beneficiari=s, or any account of how money from the trusts was being used (not for or by me). The withdrawal from th= IRA for taxes and management fees for the entire estate was just done.4,=A0 There are even stronger reasons to keep to that procedure in the presen= case, since I am simply asking for tax payments from funds that I should have full access to. Doesn't seem to me that anything is needed beyon= that.
