Repair or re-run disfimctional electrical systems Some structural issues that include leak prevention and structural support. Pilot house door and window replacement for example. General appearance and upkeep work such as paint and corrosion repair and control. Inspection/repair and proper placement of dewatering systems and fire control appliances These are not huge items and excepting the fire control inspection, are not immediate concerns. I will try to get prices on these items and report them to you this week. The time frame to accomplish this is loosly defined as when we are able to address the issues between runs or other responsibilities. There were some reported concerns about hurricane readiness. This is the first I've heard of such concerns and I was not responsible for any preperations this season as it was not my command at the time it was done. It is reported to me that there is a paid for berth at Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbor that I originally set up years ago. Concerning the Haulout, it is standard operating procedure to monitor weather events during haulout and all work performed will have the focus of not disabling the Big N's ability to make way at the time of an approching weather event. I have had that discussion with Gene of Subbase Drydock this morning. Attached is the agreement that SBBD sent me. It is usually addressed, with all the other contracts, at the time the vessel is hauled. If there are any other concerns, Please ask.
