• No travel arrangements needed
•
• AT&T for about 24 years. 16 in various roles, last 8 as testifying records custodian. Title: "Trial Analyst"
• Is familiar with AT&T business practices both now and in 2004. GX appears to be a wireless bill — billing
statement or customer statement
• AT&T maintained records
• Once someone makes a call or text, AT&T captures info at/near time, keeps in database, routinely produces
billing records for customers
• Not sure how long AT&T keeps billing statements, but AT&T generally keeps records for at least 6-7 years
• This appears to be a billing statement from PF's experience, including from 2004 — the logo, summary of
monthly charges, etc. It's the information would send on a bill
• Page 4: appears to be billing statement from time
o Item — line number
o Date/time — time call placed or received
o Who calls are to. Not sure if location is area code or actual location
o Quantity— number of minutes
o Rate/charge — sometimes there's a rate. Not too familiar with details. During this time there were
various kind of charges
• Discussed document
• Does not appear to be modified or altered
• When finalizing details, email the testimony line
