Will investigate further tomorrow am but my initial feedback is giving me concern regarding your July 23rd deadline. I believe
that the original email that was written with Feb 2015 timeline was induced by Brice. The other issue which I am sure Brice has
not mentioned is that the current configuration of T-1's is not working properly as it keeps getting slammed with usage even
when no one is using any computer equipment. I believe that this issue is related to Mac computer that was compromised.
Brice has requested that Bob (satellite provider) and Richard Boltz look into why the usage is so high. Brice is going to send me
usage reports for James (or someone else) to review.
I will push further tomorrow as Advanced communications says that FCC licensing should take no more than 2 weeks...

I found out in my checking that microwave licensing is taking less time currently than the normal two way radio licenses.
We can expect a license in 4-6 weeks. There is a STA (Supplemental Temporary Authorization) form which can be
submitted along with the license request which usually results in a temporary authorization to use a set of frequencies
within 10 days of submission. However, it is not a guarantee that we will be given final licensing under the temporary
authorization frequencies. We may wind up having to change frequencies mid stream and possibly have equipment
delivery delayed.
So, the time line would be as follows.
Licensing 4-6 weeks
Equipment delivery 6-8 weeks
Install 2 weeks
Best case - 12 weeks. Worst case - 16 weeks.
I have contacted Exalt about the technical reasons for the 11GHZ choice instead of 6GHZ but I haven't heard back yet. As
soon as I do I'll let you know.
If we were to stay at the ranch then the mobilization cost would be reduced accordingly.
