He has not replied to my emails. I can only assume that it is not your intention to cause me permanent damage and hardship and prevent me from obtaining credit (especially so I can grow my company and retire your very costly loan!) so I would like to ask for your assistance in removing this from my credit report -- I do not have the legal expertise to know the machinations but I understand that mechanisms do exist. Time is of the essence because this loan is pending.
