ClIOMSKY EXEMPT MARITAL TRUST, established pursuant to the terms of The Carol S. Chomsky Revocable Trust dated October IR, 1989. as amended, ("Lender"), the principal sum of Five Hundred and Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($516,000).
