House The total costs for one House will be CHF 200'000.00 all included. Excluded are wishes such as, refurnishing and technical equipment. 2. Houses The total costs for 2 Houses will be CHF 350'000.00 all included. Excluded are wishes such as, refurnishing and technical equipment. Service For a frictionless service we will provide the following staff, which will be obligatory present during your stay at the villa: • 1 Chef de Service • 1 Cook • 2 Waitress / cleaning maid Payment The payment has to be made in advanced until the end of December.
