The interview was conduced by telephone as Figiel was responding to a business card left for her with her sister by Myers. The address were Figiel is living and were the card was left is Figiel called from number Myers introduced himself and explained why Figiel was being contacted. Figiel remembered and somewhat reluctantly agreed to be interviewed. According to Figiel she met in 2005, her last year in Royal Palm Beach High School, where she and attended. Figiel stated she and were not close, would just say "Hi" to each other and she never "hung out" with Figiel added since graduation the only contact she has had with was on Face Book site. Regarding truthfulness Figiel stated as far as she knows is truthful and was truthful with her. Figiel could not recall lying or making any false statements. Figiel denied any knowledge of any drug or alcohol use by . Figiel denied any knowledge of any illegal or immoral behavior by . Figiel denied knowing any of family or of any issues affecting them. At this point in the interview Figiel became somewhat upset and questioned why these types of questions were being asked. Figiel stated she was not comfortable answering any more question and terminated the interview. It appears Figiel is not aware of the pending civil case and never mentioned any thing that could be related to Epstein.
