Re: Kevin Vanacore
Dear Sirs,
Please be advised I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Vanacore on the construction of a
house valued over $40,000,000.00 where he served as the owner's representative for the work.
His knowledge of construction proved invaluable in the process, but more importantly his ability
to see the big picture and assist in overall planning and total coordination of all aspects;
architecture, regulatory, decorating, design professionals, etc., of the project was the best I have
seen in my 30 years of experience.
Additionally his professional standards and integrity place him in the top 1%. I also know he had
other responsibilities while he maintained his work on the house we built, which further
demonstrates his ability to manager a large range of tasks. I would recommend him
unconditionally for any position anyone might have for him.
Please feel free to call me personally to discuss Kevin further on my cell at 561.248.6672; see
additional contact information below.
Sincerely,
Hugh Davis

To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter in support of Kevin Vanacore. I have personally worked closely with
Kevin over the last year on a large high end residential construction project in Florida. He
came in midway through the construction of the project and he came up to speed very
quickly and was able to contribute immediately. He is able to coordinate owner provided
items on very complicated systems without missing a beat. One example that comes to mind
is the home automation system that required interfacing with the owner, security consultants,
IT professionals and subcontractors, as well as others. Kevin was able to quickly, and from
behind the scenes and without fanfare, get all these folks from different walks of life get on
the same page and move in the same direction to successfully complete the work.
He is always available, accessible and easy to contact I have seen him in stressful situations
and he handles them professionalism and with grace. Our office does numerous high end
residential projects and it has been extremely beneficial to have Kevin on the project.
Kevin also brings a sense of humor to the job and has a good ability to work with varying
types of people. I highly recommend him for any estate manager position.
Please feel free to contact me directly if you need any additional information.
Kindest regards,
George Pastor

To Whom It May Concern:
I have known and interacted with Kevin Vanacore on frequent occasions during his
employment with Bill Wrigley. From January 2000 until July 2008 I was Senior Vice
President at the Wm Wrigley Jr Company responsible for the company's international
business and global strategy including M&A activity. During this time we held frequent
Board and Executive Leadership Team meetings at Bill's property on Lake Geneva,
Wisconsin. Given Bill and my joint interest in boating I had frequent contact with Kevin
on various nautical issues including boat purchases and trip planning. Kevin always
managed the extensive property including the main house, polo facility and stables to a
very high standard.
Kevin is a true professional. He is meticulous, trustworthy, discreet and always willing to
go the extra mile to deliver quality service on time. He has a very pleasant and
approachable manner that puts all the people with whom he has contact in a favourable
disposition. He is an excellent team player and people enjoy working for and with him.
Projects under Kevin's responsibility are delivered on time and on budget.
I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin as an excellent choice for managing the
coordination and construction of large estate properties.

RE: Letter of Reference for_Kevin Vanacore
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to serve as a reference for Kevin Vanacore regarding his consulting
engagement with Palmetto Bluff since January, 2006.
His functions and responsibilities engaged him in the planning, design, and development
of an equestrian facility for Palmetto Bluff. This has included involvement with the
specific development of designs for two barns inclusive of 38 stalls, a covered arena, and
appropriate storage facilities for hay and shavings. He has also provided valuable input
with regard to fence design and overseeing the construction thereof.
Kevin has been invaluable to us in this process and has demonstrated strong management
skills with regard to overseeing and coordinating these various responsibilities. His
approach to management is very direct and efficient to maintain project momentum. In
addition, he has earned the respect of the Palmetto Bluff Management team and has made
a major contribution to the success of launching our equestrian program.
Kevin is an outstanding individual and possesses strong skills that would enhance any
management position that he is considering.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
For the past several months I have had the pleasure to work with Kevin
Vanacore. We met while Kevin was investigating the purchase of a Mega-
Yacht for his current employer.
During the weeks and months spent designing and then contracting for the
$30,000,000 plus custom yacht I felt that Kevin was always looking out for
his employer's best interests. I was impressed by his attention to detail and
his untiring work ethic. Kevin also displayed a quick wit and keen sense of
humor that helped the team working on the project get thru some of the
tedious hours of work.
In my opinion Kevin has the personality and skills to manage any enterprise
that he is hired to oversee.
Please contact me if you wish to discuss Kevin further.

To Whom It May Concern:
I have known and worked with Kevin Vanacore for 2 years and am honored to write
a reference letter for him. It is. sadly. so rare to find someone so wonderful, caring.
professional as Kevin.
As a designer working in projects of a certain level, I have had the opportunity to
work with many property and project managers. Kevin stood out of the pack by a very long
shot. Over the two years that we worked together,he proved to be amazingly driven to doing
one thing : to please and represent his employer as best he could. He was always and
constantly clear in his requests and in defining the scope of whatever project we might
embark on. He was a team player and a very participate one at that. He made everyone feel
at home while giving us all the confidence that we needed to get through the project. When
problems arose, he handled them beautifully, making sure to be fair and just at all times.
His sense of humour got us through many a crisis and beyond....His "quiet" leadership
inspired us often beyond our expectations landing us smoothly and happily at a higher goal!
Kevin is the single most dedicated employee I have ever had the pleasure of working
with....he is committed, kind and more than capable of handling any and all tasks assigned
to him. We found ourselves agreeing to do more simply because he inspired it. never
demanded it.
Whomever is so lucky as to have the opportunity to work with Kevin will find
themselves blessed in many ways. all better than you can expect.
Please do not hesitate to call with any questions. I would be more than pleased to
answer them.
Most sincerely.

To whom it may concern:
I have known Kevin Vanacore for just about two years in the context of his being a
neighbor while he worked in management of a very large estate nearby and
significant residence projects in or near Stuart, Florida. We have socialized locally
as well as at sea near Pine Island and Cabbage Key, Florida and in the St Augustine
area. During that time I also observed Kevin with a former employer in a casual
setting.
My family members and I have found Kevin engaging and personable. He is both
professional and entertaining. His general knowledge and life experiences are both
interesting and clearly useful for him in conveying appropriate information. Kevin
has always expressed opinions as well as acted with high integrity in all of our
encounters.
I believe people with a compassion and respect for animals tend to carry that
compassion to people. Kevin clearly has a compassion for animals. Probably going
back to before his days of intensely training dolphins for the U.S. Navy to caring for
his personal pets Kevin shows such compassion.
I have found Kevin to be prompt and timely in his communications both
telephonically and textually. Unlike some Kevin does not shy away from getting the
most out of and using today's mobile communications technology.
Kevin appears to be a man of high integrity and would resist and leave
employment where he was asked to do or conspire in illegal activity.
I would not hesitate to employ Kevin for estate management if I had such a vacant
position.
