Please note:
This is a summary of the last two weeks' focus, not a comprehension of all projects.
Carpentry. Repaired coral stone at chillax bath. Cut in sink, cooktop in temporary countertop at FPP
Kitchen. Moved kitchen equipment for tiki floor prep. Assist w Tiki Ceiling — GSJ. Self-closing hinges
on doors at MC. Replaced warped pressed wood louver doors by kitchen with new wood doors and
reinstalled hardware correctly. Reoriented Grotto roof.
Electrical/Plumbing. New landscape lighting along MC pool. Repaired landscape lighting
everywhere including main feed where desal trench was dug. Water heater replaced — GSJ. Bulb
replacements. Flushed water systems at master bath. Permanent lighting to all dock structures. Moved
electrical, vanities, installed sink plumbing to ready cabanas - LSJ.
Engineering. Pressure wash karts, rock crusher, car mixer. Cleaned back rooms of wreck shop.
Changed attachment, flat tires, other maintenance on lull JLG. Continued work on ambulance. Parts
order w/Daphne. Repaired water tank. Assisted w/barge runs, haul away old mule, batteries, locate
tech-ambulance. Assist w/removal and replacement — light generators from beach.
Heavy Equipment. Closed existing pit. Grated roads - both islands. Beach Cleanup — both
islands. Jackhammered stone, outcropping to smooth beach — GSJ, cleaned rocks off beach. Assist
with moving shipments on barge. Fuel truck for diesel filled and to GSJ.
Housekeeping. In addition to usual rounds - GSJ and LSJ, Cleaned out, moved Cabana items out
of gym, ballet room — clean and up. Cleaned out, moved furniture, set up Cabanas.
Landscaping. Worked with Boschulte overall landscaping, improvements. Layout for new flower
bed at MC Pool. Moved rest of turpentines. Moved some palms from LSJ to GSJ. Cleaned roads,
maintenance for boss. Orders for jasmine, trimmers from FL.
Marine. Sportis work complete. Little C in for Maintenance. Using barge for morning and afternoon
crew runs at this time.
Painters. Continue paint cleaning. Cleaned glue mess from exterior MB mirrors. Finished epoxying
tunnel floors. Paint louver doors. Paint grotto. Patching — screw and nail holes. Began application of
Clearashield on Cabanas. Rust remediation at FPP.
RO/Maintenance. Routine maintenance, pools. Work with Gemini. Assist with vehicle cleaning.
Contractors on island:
Peter Elie — Leveled tiki kitchen, Pebble Beach materials and prep for pour
Jeffers - Work with Mike for supply deliveries — road project
Boschulte — landscaping/tree relocations
Reefco — repairs and maintenance

Other Notes:
• Master Deodorizing — cleaning, airing, clearing drains, Karyna-list approved odor eaters
placed, ionizer ordered and coming on plane, meanwhile borrowed one from Reefco. Reefco
scheduled to replace old ductwork and pull apart and thoroughly clean air handler in attic in
coming week
• All stock on STT in black self-closing 4" hinges purchased and installed at MC, more to
come on plane
• Principal noted incorrect installation of hardware on louver door by kitchen. Upon further
inspection pressed wood door veneer peeling, warping, so replaced with wood door and
installed hardware correctly
• Principal here w/ 2 architects 02/16 - 02/19. No work except housekeeping in mornings -
Sunday (02/17) and Monday (02/18) — holiday weekend. Capt. Patrick here for island
grounds, boating needs. Sheridon on standby as second captain. Anna on island to address
household needs. Stephanie out for weekend for pre-scheduled plans. Capt. Randy on
vacation.
• Cabanas 1 & 3 up but countertops subpar. Cabana 4 up except needs wifi. Cabana 2 a/c
condenser went down 02/15. Located Kitchen Solutions estimate after search of KG's old

• Was left out of communication, re: Absolute Flooring scheduled for 2/18. Found out
yesterday 02/15. Would recommend postponing if possible until adequate countertops
in place so as not to risk damage to new floors.
• Fran scheduled Saturday (02/16) — to look at Carmix/Concrete Truck — possible operator for
Pebble Beach Pour, etc.
• Tiki floor leveled by Peter Elie. Scheduled for tile this coming Wednesday.
• BOLs containing Tractor, Electric Car on LSJ
• Jeffers — 2 pcs of equipment will be delivered this comingTuesday (roller, backhoe)
• Replacement mirrors for master bath ready for pickup and installation
• Expensive tool believed to be stolen. Sent recommendations to Rich for security measures
going forward. Involves turning storage room in tunnel into tool room with tool guy who will
clean, maintain, inventory, replace tools. Tools will be checked out. Responsible party will pay
for replacement if lost on his watch. Bag checks reinstated.
• Sent some staffing transition recommendations to Rich. Identified carpenter for projects but
searching for permanent solution. In addition, recommend hire of four interim persons to be
reviewed after 90 days: 1.) Landscaping, 2.) Rust Remediation Guy, 3.) Tool Guy, 4.) Admin
Assistant for Stephanie (New Request). Applications of interested persons are in hand. May I
proceed? Will release one employee, one contractor. Second contractor under review.
