Thanks for the prompt reply. I may have been too vague. Mr. Tartaglione possess information and corroboration which
has not previously been disclosed. If your position remains the same, I understand. But I did not want to leave the
impression that we were merely referring to his first-hand account of the events. There is more.

Good afternoon,
EFTA00102700
As you may be aware our office represents Nicholas Tartaglione who was a cellmate with Jeffery Epstein until Epstein's
suicide attempt on July 22-23rd. Based on information already known to the BOP, I imagine that you are also aware that
Mr. Tartaglione has information that would be helpful in rebutting the proposition that Epstein was murdered and will
support the conclusion that Epstein was suicidal. Some of this information may be corroborated. Similarly, Mr.
Tartaglione also has information about the facility and the conduct of the staff at or around the time of the attempted
suicide and, albeit to a lesser degree, conduct around the time of Epstein's actual suicide.
If you are interested in this information, I would suggest that we meet to discuss the matter.
