please bring photos .lots.. i am a bit concerned with the landscape , progress, sieve has been on
since june and i m not sure of the schedule.. I don't see things happening, and i am not shown
much to critique or choose.

OFFICE: three main tasks to finish construction, the improvement to the top of the wall is complete and

MECH. BUILDINGS ELECT./DESAL.super assigned and site mobilization under way. Reviewing bids and
organizing
contracts.
MAIN HOUSE LAUNDRY/KITCHEN/REMODEL(phase one):we are working with Gensler to pull the permit
for the main house, which will permit the phase one work. While we are doing the physical work on the
improvements Gensler will make all the changes and finish the construction drawings for the main house.
Doug is going to L.A.and meet with Gensler the week after Thanksgiving to get the permit set produced as
soon as possible.
CZM: Stephen is preparing the plans for the submittal, pool plans are in the hands of the engineer .
1. if the CZM has issue, as I'm expecting, with the temporary kite house are you prepared to commit to a
permanent permitted structure there? if maybe, we can have Stephen prepare a backup plan.
TRAILS/WALLS:temp on hold all wall people are at office site, and we are going round and round with Porto
rico on the color for the concrete paving.
