One only needs to have the confidential code. But it cannot be used for payment in stores and shops. The existing VISA PREMIER card (with Mr. Epstein's name on it) can be used by anyone both to withdraw cash and make payment in stores and shops. One only needs to have the confidential code. No need to prove identity since there is no control on who is using it (except in very rare cases when the payment has to be done in the old way that is with the signature on a printed form). As an example see attachment: to validate and activate both cards we went with Valdson to make a withdrawal of 20 E from a till bank in Paris last February 2011. It is possible to have a second VISA card, but it will have to be with Mr. Epstein's name on it. It cannot be with Sarah's name on it as a second user. This would be possible only if the account is one for a company or a corporation, but not for an account in the name of an individual person. However, this second visa card will have a different number from the first existing one, and the monthly recap will identify the payments made by Sarah with this second card by the number of the card. For the opening of a personal account in the name of Sarah, I should get the exact list of papers and documents to submit to the bank by Monday. Best regards. Can we get a credit card in Sarah's name as a second user? Can you also provide required documentation in order to open a bank account for Sarah? Reminder: Since late 2010, there has been 2 cards on Mr. Epstein's account: a VISA PREMIER card and a CIRRUS card (for getting cash in Paris), which are included in the package that Mr. Epstein has with the bank. After getting the cards from the bank in January 2011, with Valdson we made a withdrawal with the CIRRUS (for a small amount) in order to validate the card. What do you want exactly? Sarah already has the cards on Mr. Epstein's account in Paris (Valdson gave them to her with the codes)? Do you want another one, still on Mr. Epstein's account, but with the indication of Sarah's name on the credit card? This will be extra (not included in the package offered by the bank). I can call the person just before she makes contact.
