Thank you, John On Oct 27, 2020 17:05, (NY) (FBI)" a wrote: As discussed, on November 12, 2020, there will be a meeting held in the FBI Miami office to discuss the results of the DOJ OPR Investigation into the decisions made by the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida between 2006 and 2008 related to its investigation of Jeffrey Epstein. The audience for this briefing will be limited to the victims of Jeffrey Epstein. The victims will be briefed on the report prior to its public release as well as Congressional briefings expected to be subsequently held. The briefing with the victims will not focus on federal law enforcement agents or their activities, state prosecutors, or state law enforcement officials. Approximately 100 victims have been invited to attend this briefing and many may be bringing counsel with them. It is expected this briefing will result in significant media coverage and, given the ongoing FBI NY/SDNY investigation, queries to FBI NY should be expected. FBI Miami EM is aware of this meetin and DD Bowdich and EAD Wade have approved VSD to assist with this briefing as well. SA-, Det and VS from FBI New York will be in attendance. They will not be speaking and are attending at the request of SDNY in the chance there are victims that would like to speak to law enforcement about their interactions with Jeffrey Esptein, Ghislaine Maxwell and others, as it relates to the ongoing FBI NY/SDNY investigation. There will not be any updates on the NY case provided to the victims. I have the draft OPR report that I can send to you if desired. There is a call on Nov 6 that the NY case team will be on with DOJ HQ personnel and others, to further discuss the briefing on Nov 12.
