Dear John It was great to attend the National Clean Energy Summit 8.0 for
the fourth time, and note all the progress that has been and is continuing
to be made particularly in the Western States with regards to major
Renewable Energy Projects that have are now completed and in the near future
are coming online. I was also pleased to hear that a major topic is now the
National Clean Energy Plan being articulated including moving towards
modernizing the National Grid to a Smart Grid.
I very much appreciate the short conversation that we had at the very end of
the day regarding GrowGreen Power¹s Mission along with very briefly showing
you the thesis of The United States - Sustainable Cities & Infrastructure
Planning Initiative for a United and Sustainable Clean Energy America by the
Year 2050. I appreciate that you took the time for our conversation at the
end of a long, and really great day with President Obama arriving at the
conclusion of the event. Your contribution along with Senator Reid¹s during
the eight years of the Clean Energy Summit is to be highly commended.
Making progress on Renewable Energy during an increasingly divided time in
our Nation's History has not been easy but we are getting there.
I believe within this message and the attachments I am sending are important
key strategy points, both technical and political, that I am offering to
contribute to understand how the United States can lead again with a clear
comprehensive National Vision understood by all. This will come with a
compelling unifying reason that will bring Americans back together with an
Aligned Vision Plan. The major points of this Vision Plan are in the
attachments that are would greatly accelerate the forward progress with
renewed American Leadership in the World Community on the path to a
Sustainable 21st Century by the Year 2050.
As I mentioned to you, I originally talked with you briefly at the 2010
National Clean Energy Summit 4.0. Two years earlier, based on almost 20
years of previous visionary initiatives that I was involved in and lead in
Hawaii from 1986-96, that concerned Community Based Planning Initiatives,
concepts for Sustainable Cities, Sustainable Eco Villages and Communities, -
I brought my partners together in August 2008 and formed GrowGreen Power
Inc. Our purpose and mission was to begin our endeavor to put into a
development plan GrowGreen Power Centers that could be replicated in Major
Cities Worldwide and in virtually all climate conditions because of our
climate control capabilities utilizing waste thermal energy from the power
production.
We planned to design and develop large commercial scale Hydroponic
Greenhouses combined with Biomass and/ or Solar Thermal Power plants to
address both sustainable food production and a portion of local Renewable
Energy production in a combined food / energy platform. We began in August
2008 right when the National and World Economy began its free fall and
shortly after that right as President Obama won the election. Two years
later in 2010, we secured our initial $2.5M Angel Funding to proceed to
advance GrowGreen Power Inc.¹s mission through Schematic Design Technical
Analysis of Biomass Plant / Hydroponic Greenhouse site selection 50 Miles
from Charlotte, NC. We are now nearing completion of Phase 1 securing the
Financing for the 50MW Biomass Plant. The initiation of the GrowGreen Power
endeavor and timing in 2008 with all that was happening on economic front,
the state of our country with the two wars the United States was engaged in,
and the election of President Obama are significant, and reaching out to you
now is significant at this time in 2015.

If at all possible, I would like to connect directly regarding the
GrowGreen Power Mission to develop, design, construct and operate
GrowGreenPower Centers (Fully Climate Controlled (100 acre) Hydroponic
Greenhouses combined with 50 MW Biomass and/or Solar Thermal Power Plants)
in major cities across the United States and around the World. GrowGreen
Power Centers are an important key anchor component for creating Green
Economic Zones around Cities and Communities Worldwide. In reality, this
development strategy must move very rapidly to be effective in time and this
will need support at a National Level to actually move at the speed it
should with Climate Change and Population Growth increasing the stress of
Global food security, water resources and energy resources with each passing
day.
It is my view GGP-Centers and the larger National Sustainable Cities &
Infrastructure Vision Plan below are critical to designing and developing
Sustainable Cities & Infrastructure. Along with clean renewable Energy
Power enough for virtually all our Nation¹s Energy requirements (mapped out
across the Continental United States by the NREL over 212,000 GW, there is
the need for the upgraded Smart Grid that was discussed at the Energy Summit
including constructing a cross continental - High Voltage Direct Current
Grid connecting the Eastern and Western Grid, and the building of Carbon
Neutral SmartTech Cities in the United States and Worldwide.

The United States - Sustainable Cities & Infrastructure Planning Initiative
for a United and Sustainable Clean Energy America by the Year 2050:
In addition to GrowGreen Power, I want to share with you for consideration
the comprehensive proposition of The United States - Sustainable Cities &
Infrastructure Planning Initiative for a United and Sustainable Clean Energy
America by the Year 2050 in the attachments.
This thesis was delivered and received by President Obama in 2012 during the
last election. As I mentioned in our short conversation at the Clean Energy
Summit, John Bellamy was a contact that I had made going back to 2009 who
was interested in GrowGreen Power. John delivered two shorter
communications to the President in 2010 with some of the earlier visionary
points. Then is 2012, John delivered this presentation with the full size
panels, when it was finished, along with the attached Summary Letter to
President Obama just before the second debate with Mitt Romney in the 2012
Election. According to John, the President and David Axelrod had a short
time to review the presentation at Camp David and it was well received. I
was told as far as a next meeting that the President¹s re-election was a
priority before a full presentation could be made. Right after the
election, many issues on the National and International Level displaced the
time to make a presentation. So far, I have not received the opportunity to
make a full presentation or been able to connect with John Bellamy for a
number of years now.
This National Vision is a comprehensive plan that has important history and
political points to make about how to align and bring to together our
Nation, beyond our currently divided political impasse. Again, we can lead
as a Nation for a Sustainable World Community on the World Front with a
great common cause that will only come when high consensus occurs around
common goals and a clear, comprehensive National Vision Plan that can be
articulated which rises well above the dividing noise. Bringing Democrats
and Republicans together is crucial and is possible in my opinion.
The Alignment Moment in American History that can Unify our Nation Victory
in World War II and what Democrats and Republicans did :
There was a very clear moment in time of our history that is in my view a
key to how the Democratic Party can lead our Nation as a whole--back to the
point of our greatest National Alignment which was the in years right after
Pearl Harbor. This is when America entered the War and United in beyond all
our differences in a Common Cause to achieve Victory over Nazi Germany and
Victory over Japan. In the moment that we achieved Victory in World War II
in the Pacific--the point that ended the most violent and destructive War in
human history with the most violent and destructive weapons, we as a Nation
came together with our Allies to defeat the Fear / Power / and Controlling
Forces of the Axis Totalitarian Alliance. We came together as in no other
time to win that war and this moment of Victory should provide a window to
our future that every American will understand, and to a time of our
greatest achievement as a Nation to this day through our selfless sacrifice
and our commitment to a clear and defining common cause. This is the
rallying moment than can form the framework to reawaken American Greatness
and Alignment based on a cause of Great Purpose. For any Nation to succeed
it must always redefine the next clear objective for 50 to 100 years in
todays accelerating world of change. This vision must always be reexamined.
In the years that followed, America's Leadership was vital to the rebuilding
of Europe and the Pacific. Under both Democratic and Republican Presidents,
the foundation for the modernization of World Civilization in the Rebuilding
of Europe, Japan and the Pacific was laid with the Marshall Plan under
President Truman. The Interstate Highway System was initiated under
President Eisenhower, and President Kennedy initiated the Apollo Space
Program. The building of the major infrastructure projects of the 20
Century began in earnest, based on nonrenewable and highly polluting
resources, so there was only a limited time that we could use them. In the
end many of the chess moves between the United States and Soviet Union and
various alliances and proxy wars that followed in the last half of the 20th
Century were in the Middle East primarily because of our need for oil to run
our accelerating growth and civilization. Every move we made to counter the
Soviets has come back to hurt us Since 9-11 we have continued to be
engaged in this continuation of war and at every turn there has been a new
manifestation of war like a cancer.
Now, we must move to unlimited Clean Renewable Resources to avert a repeat
of the destruction and major wars of the 20th Century. We have just
continued into this Century, 15 years of continued War with more to follow
with the development of ISIS. Climate Change will exacerbate all the
problems of population growth, poverty etc. The plan I am sending you
addresses The Five Critical Challenges of the 21 Century: 1. Population
Growth and Cities, 2. Sustainable Infrastructure and Cities, 3. Poverty and
Economic Balance, 4. War and Peace, and 5. Climate Change. Each of these
issues is interrelated as well as converging.
In this presentation I am sending you is an important strategy that will
lift us beyond our divisions and can lead the Democratic Party to victory in
the next election so that President Clinton and President Obama¹s important
work to bring us to a more Peaceful and Sustainable World can gain momentum
and not be stopped by fear and division. This message is a key.
This is my purpose in reaching out to you. The attached overall illustration
and email below my contact info covers the central points as well as the
overview letter of the vision plan sent to President Obama. Please consider
this information confidential. I would very much like to discuss, at your
earliest convenience, this Vision Plan, what we are advancing with GrowGreen
Power, and how all of this could considerably up level the National
Conversation (high resolution presentation panels will be sent when we
talk). I hope you will consider this information carefully and assist me in
completing my presentation to President Obama to continue to develop the
strong stand he is taking in the remainder of his last term in office. This
National Vision Plan and the politically aligning talking points should also
be present to Secretary of State & Candidate for President Hillary Clinton
as well as President Clinton and, ultimately, to the leadership team for the
Democratic party that will develop the message in the upcoming election. It
is important to not only win the next Presidential Election but also both
the Senate and House to truly move forward beyond the grid lock of these
last years.
I should note that my goal is to bring Democrats and Republicans together
and there is a message contained in this presentation that a clear majority
of Americans from both Parties as well as Independents will embrace. This
message can be delivered and illustrated in a way that is so positive and
clear as to its benefits that people will come together for the greater
good. We can rise above the fear and confusion that has been deliberately
propagated for many years meant to control and win by dividing us as a
Nation.
We must remember this unifying time right at the moment of Victory at the
End of World War II and the release of positive actions building 20th
Century Infrastructure continued for some 15 years by both Republican and
Democrats, and that was the necessary foundation basis for all the economic
growth the World has seen to this point. We must now rapidly build the
sustainable clean energy infrastructure for the 21st Century. I know this is
what we are all committed to those who attended the National Clean Energy
Summit in particular.
