JE Punch List —August 30 2012 Directive Updates
1. Clean Up - make as many barge runs as necessary
2. Equipment and Vehicles
- Sell equipment
- No machinery off the island unless approved
- New seats for gators and pro gators — Karen will order 8/30
- Remaining 2 Queen Seats will be delivered to Tropical for shipping by 9/14
3. Computers
- Per JE, refurbish old units — Jermaine — COMPLETED — will deliver to LS1 8/31
- 25 inch I Mac from NYC— for Captain's Office — Jermaine to bring to FTC to clean up — 8/31
4. Five Palms
- Exterior Door Shutters — ordered — Rich/Daphne will contact vendor for delivery date
- Painting - outside to be completed via JE direction
- Furniture — outside furniture in place — Karen to tie down cushions to resolve wind issues
- Picture Frame — measurements forwarded to Sarah - 86 x 70
- Mirrored siding — section that flew off in storm has been reglued - COMPLETE
- Piano — retune in October
5. Grotto
- Curtains — installed
- Mattress cover —JE approved buying fabric, making cover locally
- Genset wiring — COMPLETE — Electronic Remote Starter, auto start from Kite House - Danny ordering online 8/30
6. Berm/Top of Hill
- Hydroseed inside — complete
- Hydroseed outside — will need to review progress
7. Triangle -
- Must design triangle — awaiting JE direction
8. Flagpole Pool Cabana -
- Furniture — desk from Paris ready to ship early September - Sue
9. Floating Dock
- Jet ski bumpers — complete — reviewing whether this type resolves the issues with the jet skis

14. Timers
- Review installing timers on air conditioners, irrigation water systems, and lights
- Set all air conditioning to 80 degrees EXCEPT gym, guest rooms, and storage areas — they remain at 85 degrees

15. Beach lighting
— per JE, replace existing transformers for the beach lighting of palms around the salt pond and beach — Danny will
begin on 9/10, completion by 9/21
16. Transient Surge Protection — estimate will be forwarded by 8/31
17. Landscaping
- Pop's Garden — need deer fencing, or some other method of protection — Peter by 9/7
- Cut grass, acacia — owner's drive, blue beach, stone walls, gym
- Peter to clean the sides of the road by 9/7
18. Roads -
- Priority is Gym road grading — Jules
- Jules to line the service road with boulders
19. Library
- Lights on bookshelves need attention — Danny will begin on 9/4, completion by 9/6
20. New Employee Bathrooms
21. Gym
- New punching bag — on site — installation after JE visit
- Subwoofer — torn or blown — Scott to research a replacement speaker — Larry ordered the part it's being shipped to
NYC - estimate install by Sept. 7-10 (Scott's update as of 8/30)
- Clean gutters — COMPLETE
- Windows in the ballet room need repair to both cranks and panes
22. Beach Office
- complete electrical overall required
- waterproofing/sealing/painting/replace rotten wood required
23. LS1 Mooring — Darren forwarded to Army Corp for final approval — awaiting response
24. Hangar
- Fuel Containment Pad — draft approved with drainage incorporated — the surveyor just went out this week to do the
survey. He will send it to the architect so he can complete the plan. (Cecile's update as of 8/30)
25. Main compound
- Wind doors to the east are inoperable — change hinges - on site
- Lights — Danny has reviewed all the lights — as of date all are up and running — there are still some missing bulbs,
which will be addressed as time allows
- Acid Washing of lanterns — complete by 8/31
26. New waste bins — (2) 20 yard bins on LSJ - final installation 8/31
27. Yellow Nap House — to be demolished by Peter with the trackhoe by 9/5
28. Blue Nap House — replace and repair shingles
29. Steel shed — the vendor to confirm to Carlos if they can travel to LSJ to erect the shed, and if they can complete the
erection within 3 weeks — 8/31
30. Equipment to be Purchased — (2) lights, (1) skid steer, (1) John Deere box and blade, (1) man-lift, (1) golf cart,
(1) dump truck with a 5th wheel
