I miscalculated the time and noted in our Notice of Objection that the pleading was due today, but it is really due the 7th. I also wanted you to know that I intend to call Judge Marra's chambers tomorrow to convey this information so that the Judge knows that the motion to intervene is forthcoming and will be filed by April 7th.
