Hi,
&n=sp; This broadb=nd report is a good place to start ... it is not very technical but gives a=good outline
of the problem.
&=bsp;
= Again, keeping away from t=e technical for a moment - I, and a growing number of others, believe that
c=mmunications is fundamental to economic, social, civic and health developme=t goals. It is not something parallel,
rather it is a foundational. Of cour=e, being a bit of a communications geek it may be that I see things from th=s
perspective! However, there is a reason why every (successful) large orga=ization depends on, and could not exist in its
current form, without qualit= ICI's. If you want to deliver malaria tents to 10,000 locations you will n=ed to inventory
them, ship them, make sure they arrived, etc... the logisti=s alone require ICI's.

= Now, getting technical ... We ha=e a way to fundamentally solve this problem and make sure everyone
on the p=anet can have affordable access to high speed internet. From the user point of view, we enable a small
terminal - not muc= bigger than a laptop - which if it can see the sky can relay broadband via=wifi or LTE to the
surrounding area. The terminal can be solar powered and r=quires virtually no set up. Just open it - and your on.
