Cabin Seats $37,692.00
Per customer request, the aft entertainment bar will be removed from the aircraft permanently and a
new seat plug with a seat belt and shoulder harness will be installed between the two existing forward
facing single seats. (Engineering to obtain an approved installation will be provided on a time and
materials basis). The seats will be disassembled and the existing dress covers and foam will be removed
from the existing seat assemblies. The seats will be inspected and the customer will be notified of any
discrepancies, if repairs are required.
New multi-density foam seat cushions will be fabricated to customer design specifications and
upholstered in a customer selected leather (price not to exceed $12.00 per square foot). The seat belts
and shoulder harnesses will be webbed to match the new decor. All plated hardware will be retained as
is. The seat bases will be upholstered to match the new seat decor.
The seats will be installed in the aircraft with existing hardware and mounting. The seats will be
inspected and checked for proper operation.
The lower drawer sections of the seat bases will be reworked as directed by the customer in an effort to
reduce the weight of the cabin. Any wiring or termination of connections will be documented and billed
on a time and materials basis as directed by the customer. All permanently removed components will
be documented and billed on a time and materials basis as directed by the customer.
All materials used will be in accordance with FAR25.853 (a) Appendix F part 1(a) 1(ii)
Fire blocking for the cabin seat if required is not included in the above price. If fire blocking is required
for the cabin seats an additional charge of $2,500.00 will be charged for the fire blocking test completed
by Skandia Inc. This fee is for outside vendor services to comply with FAA regulations. In the event an
additional leather or fabric is used on the seat design, an additional charge will apply for each material
selected.

Cabin/Cockpit Lower Sidewall $19,760.00
The existing doors will be inspected and leak checked prior to removing the door panels. The existing
lower door and cabin sidewall panels will be removed from the aircraft. The sidewall panels will be
disassembled and the existing material and foam will be removed from the panels. The panels will be
inspected and the customer notified of any discrepancies, if repairs are required or leaks noted. The
panels will be cleaned and prepped for new upholstery. New customer selected foam and leather (price
not to exceed $12.00 per square foot) will be installed on the lower sidewall panels. The panels will be
assembled and installed in the aircraft with existing hardware and mounting. The doors will be
inspected for proper operation and clearance.
All plating at this time will be retained as is.
Aft Baggage Components $5,075.00
The existing aft baggage panels will be removed from the aircraft. The panels will be disassembled and
the existing material, foam and glue will be removed from the panels. The panels will be cleaned and
prepped for new customer selected Grospoint fabric (price not to exceed $75.00 per yard). The panels
will be upholstered and assembled as required. The panels will be installed in the aircraft with existing
hardware and mounting.
Tretford carpet will be installed on the floor of the baggage per customer request.
All plating at this time will be retained as is.
Cabin Carpet $13,025.00
The existing cabin carpet and padding will be removed from the aircraft. Per customer request the
existing padding will be retained as is. New customer selected carpet (price not to exceed $500.00 per
square yard) will be cut and installed throughout the cabin and cockpit. Exposed edges of the carpet will
be surged as required. This price is for (1) ship set of carpet totaling 17 square yards. A new throw rug
will be fabricated to cover the carpet in the cabin.
Aft Cabin Bulkhead $9,000.00
The existing aft cabin bulkhead will be removed from the aircraft. The existing bulkhead will be trimmed
as required to allow for the additional thickness of the leather material. The existing plating and
hardware will be retained as is. The bulkhead will be cleaned and prepped for upholstery. New foam
and customer selected leather (price not to exceed $12.00 per square foot) will be glued to the existing
bulkhead and upholstered to match the existing decor. Upon completion of the upholstery process, the
bulkhead will be installed in the aircraft with existing hardware and mounting.

Forward Cabin Bulkhead $10.625.00
The existing forward cabin bulkhead will be removed from the aircraft. The existing bulkhead will be
trimmed as required to allow for the additional thickness of the leather material. The existing sliding
doors will be reworked to allow for the leather wrap. The existing plating and hardware will be retained
as is. The bulkhead will be cleaned and prepped for upholstery. New foam and customer selected
leather (price not to exceed $12.00 per square foot) will be glued to the existing bulkhead and
upholstered to match the existing decor. Upon completion of the upholstery process, the bulkhead will
be installed in the aircraft with existing hardware and mounting.
Wood Ledge Assembly $15,475.00
The existing right hand and left hand ledges will be removed from the aircraft. The existing switch
panels and components will be removed as required. Plated items will be retained as is. The existing
hardwood and veneer laminate will be removed from the ledge assemblies. The ledges will be cleaned
and prepped for new veneer and hardwood. The ledges will be veneered in a customer selection of
veneer (price not to exceed $75.00 per square foot). The veneer will be finished in a high gloss to match
the existing decor. The switches and components will be installed on the ledges as required. The ledges
will be installed in the aircraft with existing hardware and mounting and checked for proper operation
and function.
NOTES:
Any and all miscellaneous discrepancies found while performing the workscope will be brought to the
customer's attention before any additional work or billing is completed.
There will be no additional billing to the customer unless an authorized work request has been approved
by the customer.
The following items are not included in the above workscope or pricing supplied to the customer, but
can be performed by Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors, Inc. upon the request of the customer:

Weight and Balance of Aircraft
Log Book Entries — This will be the responsibility of the customer.
Billing
Plane Perfect Aircraft Interiors, Inc requires a 50% deposit to start work. The final 50% is due upon
completion of the workscope and delivery of aircraft.
