We expect Boothbay Absolute Return Strategies LP ("the Fund") to be allocated shares of the upcoming Lyft Inc. ("Lyft") IPO through one of our managers. We have a maximum target position size for the Fund that we will approve the manager to request, however, this manager expects the IPO to be well over-subscribed and therefore we want to offer this opportunity, in the event you would want to have additional exposure to the IPO beyond your existing investment in the Fund. The hope is to capture the initial price appreciation in the first few days (if there is any) and then reduce the position or sell it entirely.
